After completing the Gravity Forms form on your website, the emails sent by Gravity Forms can be added in Pipedrive immediately. Of course you can also create a deal, person, note and activity directly, and these are linked together. On this page we highlight the features of adding the email in Pipedrive.
Connect a email
Easily forward all your emails that you have configured in Gravity Forms. There is a checkbox under each email, once you check this box this email will be linked to the deal in Pipedrive
NB: Check that the email address in WordPress where you send emails from is included in the Smart BCC function in Pipedrive as a alternative email address for Smart Bcc!
