No, if you have a multisite, 1 license is sufficient. If you have multiple domain names, you must purchase a separate license for each domain name.
After installing and connect the api-key go the your forms. Under settings you will now find a new option Pipedrive.
Here you can now create 1 or more feeds.

After purchase, you will receive the zip file for installation via email. To install the add-on, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your WordPress environment using a user who is an administrator
2. Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin via the menu
3. Select Upload Plugin at the very top of the screen
4. Click on Choose file and upload the zip file you received here.
5. Then click on Install Now.
6. After successful installation, click on Activate plugin
The plugin has now been successfully installed.

- Copy your api-key
- Now go to your WordPress site in the menu to Forms –> settings –> Pipedrive
- Paste the api-key in the first field and save the settings.
- Your Pipedrive account is now connected to the Gravity Forms add-on
